Name the resolved value in the ambiguous-alias warning; close coverage gaps

The alias warning now leads with what it actually resolved to -- "Used
'Bourne Farm, North Falmouth, MA, USA' for the alias 'Farm' from NEMF
2025 Foray, because it was updated most recently." Naming only the
winning project left the user unable to tell whether the winner was the
one they meant, which is the entire reason the warning exists. Uses
`target.format_name`, the same method `Project#check_for_alias` resolves
through, so Location and User targets read consistently.

Coveralls flagged a 0.02% drop; four files this PR touches had uncovered
lines, now closed:

- The two post-save field-slip branches on both create and update. These
are the race guard `validate_field_slip` made unreachable in normal
operation, so the status is stubbed -- the point is that the branch
  reports rather than failing silently.
- `check_location`'s `place_name` path, which the field slip form's
  redirects still exercise in production.
- `show`'s fallback for a missing numeric id -- the one branch of that
action a code no longer reaches, since `handle_by_code` always
  redirects now.

Worth noting for anyone adding tests near the bottom of
observations_controller_create_test.rb: I first put two of these below
the `private` keyword, where MiniTest silently declines to collect them.
The run reported "0 tests, 0 assertions" and passed.
