feat(support-ai): device panel, up-to-date signals, and agent fixes

AI Support Helper:
- Device panel reads prod Loki directly (over the tunnel) for the member's
  session_start events instead of the timing-out full dump; group by device,
  list window sizes on the screen size, browser + version, no misleading DPR.
- Up-to-date signals: log the native app version (Capacitor App.getInfo, via the
  mobile store) and web build_date; web judged by build-date age, app version
  surfaced (no current-native ref yet, so no false claim).
- Agent: unpinned model (opus), Sentry global-count framing, session-mode cost
  $0, maxTurns 20->80, cross-request dump cache, clone the monorepo so the
  codebase is current.
- Keep the device panel and conversation across the session; misc UI fixes.
