fix(profile): dropdown z-index DEV-2439 (#7304)

### 📣 Summary
Fixes a bug that resulted in the profile dropdown from the nav header
being hidden by other components.

### 👀 Preview steps
1. Open the data table view on any project and click on "Map" in sidebar
2. Once on map view, click on profile icon in top right corner of screen
3. 🔴 [on main] notice that the dropdown gets covered up by the map
4. 🟢 [on PR] verify that dropdown opens over map
