fix(storybook): missing settings causing crash DEV-2448 (#7263)

### 💭 Notes

New MSW mocks generated by Orval use the types. Types say that
`asset.settings` might be `undefined`. Mocks generate randomly, and on
random occasion settings were undefined and we didn't had a safety in
one place and that caused the crash.

### 👀 Preview steps

1. Open Storybook (local or Chromatic build).
2. Go to Components → DataTableWrapper.
3. Open the `Default` story.
4. 🔴 On `main`, reload the story a few times and sometimes you can hit
an “asset.settings is undefined” crash.
5. 🟢 On this PR branch, reload the same story repeatedly and confirm it
stays stable.
6. Open `ProcessingColumnAndBanner`.
7. 🟢 Confirm the story renders without the “asset.settings is undefined”
error.
