[loadgen] Remove unused query generator (#689)

#### Description

The load generator's standalone query load — `QueryProfile`,
`QueryGenerator`, and `QueryStream` — is dead code: fully implemented
and unit-tested, but never wired into the running client
(`NewLoadGenClient` builds only a `TxStream`). This PR removes it, along
with:

- `Profile.Query` / `QueryProfile` config and the `DefaultProfile` query
block
- the `query:` section of the loadgen config template
(`loadgen_shared.yaml.tmpl`)
- the `QueryStream` unit tests

The query workload will be reintroduced, driven from the live commit
load, as part of #671.
