refactor(frontend): use Links for navigation DEV-2169 (#7257)

### 📣 Summary

Updated navigation-related buttons to use route links for better UX.

### 💭 Notes

This PR replaces several on-click route transitions with link-based
navigation in user-facing places where the action is clearly navigation.
In a few spots, components were also moved to ButtonNew so link
rendering is supported consistently while keeping the same UI intent.

Updated places:

- Over-limit modal and banner
- NLP usage limit modal buttons - Buy add-on and Upgrade now
- Account menu settings button
- Delete account banner
- Project top tabs
- View switcher for My projects, organization projects, and custom views
- Asset action button for "View containing Collection"
- Purchase add-on actions in bulk translation/transcription modals

- Added a deprecation note to the legacy tabs component to clarify
migration direction.

This is quite hard to describe, as the changes are not complex or big,
but requires visiting many places. Please focus mainly on reviewing the
code.
