Upgrade rust dep opendal to 0.57 (#23550)

The 0.56 crate split feature-gates the layers.

This update causes tonic and reqwest versions to be duplicated because
they are pinned by the engine, meaning this is a poor end-state.

Deduplicating requires upgrading the engine's reqwest and the tonic
stack, which will be done in follow-ups.
