fix(Calendar): give day cells a full-date aria-label and mark today (#607)

Day cells exposed only the day number (or a title attribute), so screen
readers announced a bare "17" with no month/year context. Add
aria-label = the full localized date (date.toLocaleDateString(locale)) and
aria-current="date" on today. Regression test added.
