Inline import-source notice into Details panel; rename Show sub-panels

The full-width ImportedSourceBanner panel above the carousel/details
row was way too prominent for what it is -- a one-line attribution.
Replaced with a second .panel-body (border-bottom separated) at the
top of the observation details panel, holding the same credit link +
help icon as before.

Also renames ObservationDetailsPanel -> Details and nests its four
sub-panels (CollectionNumbersPanel, HerbariumRecordsPanel,
SequencesPanel, ExternalLinksPanel -> Details::CollectionNumbers/
HerbariumRecords/Sequences/ExternalLinks) under it, since none of them
are actually panels in their own right and they're only ever rendered
from within Details. Callers within Details/show.rb reference them
unqualified (direct nested constants of the referencing class, not
sibling references -- the safe case per the Zeitwerk autoload
guidance in phlex_reference.md); external callers (naming form pages,
the 4 CRUD controllers' turbo-stream responses) keep full
qualification.
