test(microvol): wire AI-image regenerate mock through useNuxtApp().$api

The component fix (6e9e83c05) switched from `new AIImagesAPI()` to the
configured `$api.aiimages`, so the spec's `vi.mock('~/api/AIImagesAPI')`
no longer intercepts the call the component actually makes and the
image-regeneration-history tests failed on CircleCI. Rewire the mock the
same way the app does — `globalThis.useNuxtApp = () => ({ $api: { aiimages
} })`, matching useAIImages.spec.js. Behavioural assertions unchanged.
