fix(myLibrary): submenu size DEV-2386 (#7213)

### 📣 Summary

Fixes "Move to" (collection) submenu to adjust size based on number of
items in it.

1. ℹ️ Have one collection and one library item (e.g. template)
2. Go to My Library
3. Click "…" (more) button on the template
4. Hover over "Move to"
5. You will see a submenu with a list of collections (currently one
collection)
6. 🔴 Notice that submenu has a predefined big height instead of
accommodating to the (small) amount of items
