Show worker agents in space config (#2122)

* feat: show worker agents in space config

Derive configure-tab agent cards from workflow node definitions so long-horizon agents remain isolated to the Agents page.

* fix: load workflow details for worker agents

Populate configure views from full workflow definitions so worker-agent cards and counts reflect production workflow summaries.

* fix: add workflowDetails to SpaceIsland mock

Prevents "Cannot read properties of undefined" crash when SpaceConfigurePage reads spaceStore.workflowDetails in tests.

* fix: harden workflow details bulk load and prefer custom prompts

Clear workflowDetailCache and filter batch against current workflow ids so reconnects and concurrent updates cannot leave stale worker-agent cards. Prefer slot customPrompt over generated default. Expose getWorkerAgentsFromWorkflows mock in SpaceIsland suite.

* perf: lazy-load workflow details for configure agents

Move bulk spaceWorkflow.get fetches out of shared ensureConfigData path into ensureWorkflowDetails, called only by SpaceConfigurePage. Prevents N per-workflow RPCs on every SpaceTaskPane/SpaceGoals/SpaceLongHorizonAgents mount and reconnect refresh.

* fix: chain workflow details after config, reset on reconnect

Chain ensureWorkflowDetails after ensureConfigData in SpaceConfigurePage and refresh() so cold-start snapshots populate summaries first. Reset workflowDetailsLoaded/promise in refresh() so reconnect re-fetches. Add ensureWorkflowDetails tests covering fan-out, idempotency, dedup, reset, and race guards.

* fix: merge workflow details and retry on partial failure

Merge fan-out results with event-applied state so workflows created concurrently are preserved. Keep workflowDetailsLoaded false when any detail RPC fails so the next Configure mount retries instead of sticking on partial data. Add tests for both cases.

* fix(web): address remaining codex review threads
