* docs: tighten hook security guidance

Clarify credential stripping, external lookup enforcement, and reset hook blocking semantics to match current runtime behavior.

* docs: align hook examples with validation

Strip unsupported hook fields from editor serialization and narrow operator docs to supported validators, target matching, and retry usage.

* fix: normalize unsupported hook editor fields

Materialize retry defaults only for supported custom hooks, drop unsavable human-only hooks, and clarify migrated approval payload docs.

* fix: hide pr-ready retry controls

Hide retry inputs for pr_ready hooks so editor display matches the saved built-in workflow behavior.

* fix: strip pr-ready retry on save

Normalize pr_ready hook serialization so hidden retry settings cannot persist stale attempt budgets.
