doc: fine sweep 320-400Hz — lock transition is one structure seen three ways

Follow-up to OBSERVER_BEFORE_CONTROL.md. The fine sweep (sweep_20260614_191405,
0.5% amp, +/-1Hz jitter, 5 snaps) confirms at high resolution that the catch
boundary (sharp current step), the in-window-ZC band, and the bistability peak all
lie on ONE diagonal -- the lock/slip transition. In-window ZC traces the catch line
exactly and deep lock is empty, confirming the anti-correlation at 0.5% resolution.
Bistability peaks at the 400Hz window edge (snap-spread ~280-300); the rendered
hotspot f399_a19 shows a single snap reading marginally-locked while late_swing
swings ~300 across snaps. Sensing trustworthy throughout. Proposes geometry over
marginality as the next step: zc_fit per-sector load angle + phase-A lead-swap,
neither a controller nor needing a new sweep.
