* feat(space): rehydrate long-horizon event subscriptions

Consolidate durable agent event subscriptions onto the long-horizon table and rehydrate active subscriptions into the runtime TopicTrie for direct agent delivery after restart.

* fix(space): harden long-horizon event delivery

Preserve legacy event subscriptions, keep runtime subscription state current, and track durable long-horizon deliveries with retry/idempotency semantics.

* fix(space): stabilize long-horizon subscription retries

* fix(space): preserve converted agent config

* fix(space): refresh event subscriptions after agent updates

* fix(space): clear durable event subscriptions on agent delete
