feat(napari): segmentation progress bar + cancel button (#983)

* feat(napari): add progress bar in Activity dock during segmentation

Monkey-patches nnUNet's tqdm reference to emit Qt signals that update a
napari.utils.progress bar in the main thread via a dedicated slot, avoiding
cross-thread QObject calls. Auto-opens the Activity dock when inference
starts so the user sees progress without having to locate it manually.

* Move imports together and rename _nnunet_module for clarity

* Rename some progress bar strings

* Close napari activity dock after successful segmentation

* Put progress bar in ADSplugin menu instead of activity dock

* feat(napari): add cancel button to interrupt segmentation

* Horizontal layout for progress bar and cancel button
