Centralize reviewer and QA contracts, trim coordinator/task prompts, and cap dynamic activation context to reduce prompt bloat without changing workflow semantics.

Keep full standing instructions visible to task agents and truncate an oversized newest previous-work summary instead of omitting it.

* fix: restore reviewer guidance and full context

Remove total caps from dynamic task context while keeping oversized newest summaries visible, and restore concrete reviewer API examples with multi-subagent review procedure.

* fix: preserve own-pr review verdict

Ensure reviewer own-PR fallback comments keep the actual APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES recommendation instead of hard-coding request changes.

* fix: address CI failures and review feedback on prompt compaction

- Restore save_artifact(...) + approve_task() literals in end-node prompts
  so runtime post-approval handoff tests pass.
- Add self-merge prohibition to Coding, Research, and Review-Only end nodes.
- Include required message field in Plan & Decompose vote example.
- Parameterize top-level review event placeholder in system-contracts.
- Add submit_for_approval failure stop rule to reviewer contract.
