Delete orphan public/graphql/schema.graphql (#4379)

The GraphQL schema was a leftover from abandoned implementation work
(last touched Dec 2023). No graphql gem in the Gemfile, no controller,
no route, no `app/` references — just the bare schema file in
public/. Stackshare detection (techstack.md/yml) was the only thing
still mentioning GraphQL, and only because the schema file existed.
