* fix: use dynamic agent reply targets

Ensure inter-agent message footers name the actual sender and reply target so long-horizon agents and ad-hoc sessions get accurate reply instructions.

* fix: normalize agent reply handles

Keep long-horizon sender headers consistent with queued message metadata while using canonical handles for reply instructions.

* fix: preserve queued agent envelope detection
