Promote Space sessions to agents (#2007)

* feat: promote space sessions to agents

Add promotion draft and create flows so ad-hoc Space sessions can become reviewed long-horizon agents without copying raw chat history wholesale.

* fix: preserve promotion draft session settings

Keep explicit empty setting sources during promotion and gather the requested number of text-bearing context messages for drafts.

* fix: tighten promotion draft behavior

Preserve session tool presets, keep newest standing context, bound draft message scans, and remount promotion editors when drafts change.

* fix: harden promotion draft review flow

Ignore stale promotion draft responses, validate spaces before promotion, and preserve disallowed tool restrictions when drafting agents.

* fix: protect promotion message parse and hide promote for task agents

Wrap JSON.parse in try/catch in getRenderableTextMessages so a single
corrupted row does not discard previously collected messages. Hide the
Promote button on space_task_agent sessions to avoid opaque backend errors.

* test: stabilize SpaceGoals selection order

Pin updatedAt values so goal sorting keeps goal-1 first instead of depending on Date.now() ties.
