feat(agent): create AsyncAgent module for async-first architecture

- Create AsyncAgent class using AgentCore composition
- Use AsyncClient from ollama library for async communication
- Implement async event emission supporting both sync and async handlers
- Implement async process() with streaming (async for)
- Implement async session methods (begin_session, end_session)
- Export AsyncAgent from __init__.py
- Add handler registration logging (SEC-ASYNC-1)
- Document synchronous guardrails requirement (SEC-ASYNC-5)

Note: WebSearch/WebFetch tools not available in AsyncAgent for MVP
(sync Client required). Future: async backends for web tools.
