* fix: stop agents when task dependency blocks

Route dependency-added blocking for workflow-backed tasks through the runtime so active runs, node sessions, and task session pointers are stopped consistently.

* fix: validate dependency block routing

Keep dependency updates on the task manager path before runtime cleanup so validation, cascades, and response state stay consistent.

* fix: preserve workflow block recovery state

* fix: emit dependency block cleanup once

* fix: route same-status dependency blocks

Ensure dependency updates carrying an unchanged status still use runtime cleanup so blocked workflow tasks stop active agents.

* fix: cancel original dependency-block session

Use the pre-update task session when dependency-block cleanup runs so payload metadata cannot skip or redirect cancellation.

* fix: preserve dependency-block runtime pointers

Prevent dependency pre-check writes and runtime block payloads from overwriting the original run and task session pointers before cleanup stops active agents.

* fix: preserve non-blocking dependency pointers

Reapply pointer metadata after dependency pre-checks when an update does not route through runtime cleanup.

* fix: stop workflow agents on pause and cancel

* fix: preserve workflow pause state

* fix: ignore payload session during workflow stop
