* feat: add memory consolidation job

Add background memory consolidation with duplicate merging, stale pruning, core memory ranking, and capped core-memory prompt injection for Space agents.

* fix: address memory consolidation review feedback

Schedule consolidation jobs, preserve default pruning behavior, harden merge/prune logic, and cover review feedback with focused unit tests.

* fix: harden memory consolidation edge cases

Bound oversized merged memory content, skip pathological core-memory prefixes, and schedule the next consolidation run before work begins so failures do not stop periodic maintenance.
