refactor: remove legacy EventBus and rename DaemonHub variables (M1) (#1847)

* refactor: remove legacy EventBus and rename DaemonHub variables

- Delete dead legacy EventBus (packages/shared/src/event-bus.ts) and its
  tests; no production code imported it.
- Rename DaemonHub-typed variables from eventBus to daemonHub across
  app.ts, state-manager.ts, session-manager.ts, session-lifecycle.ts,
  and message-persistence.ts to eliminate naming confusion.
- Update JSDoc comments referencing EventBus to point at DaemonHub.
- Rename mockEventBus -> mockDaemonHub and eventBusEmitSpy ->
  daemonHubEmitSpy in all affected test files for consistency.
- Remove event-bus.ts from knip.json ignore list and e2e coverage filter.
