fix(privacy): restructure section 4 to clearly explain unsubscribe and data deletion

Addresses Facebook Platform Terms 4.b. Section 4 now has explicit subsections
for unsubscribing from emails and deleting account/data, a prominent green
delete button linking to /unsubscribe, a list of what data is deleted, the
14-day deletion timeline, and instructions for Facebook-login users.
