ci: use system chrome for e2e and bump vite to silence node 26 deprecation (#362)

- Change playwright config channel from 'chromium' to 'chrome' to use pre-installed /usr/bin/google-chrome on GH runners
- Remove executablePath override and apt-get install step (no longer needed)
- Bump vite to ^8.0.11 in all webui packages to fix DEP0205 registerHooks deprecation warning on Node 26
