chore(webui): drop device hostname default from vite proxy config (#364)

Remove hardcoded bitaxe-403-1.local fallback from vite config. When VITE_MINER_URL is not set, the proxy block is now omitted entirely instead of targeting an unrelated device. This prevents EAI_AGAIN errors during e2e runs when the environment variable isn't loaded. Users are prompted to copy the .env.development.example file and configure their own device URL.
