align version.py with PyPI: 1.30.44 → 1.30.45 (#242)

PR #240's amended commit accidentally dropped its version bump
(I ran `git commit --amend --message ...` without re-staging
hitlist/version.py). The squash merge therefore landed v1.30.45's
code on main but with version.py still reading "1.30.44".

Meanwhile, the v1.30.44 deploy.sh run picked up the predictor-branch's
working tree mid-flight (I'd switched branches while the 20-min
test --all phase was running), so `python -m build` packaged
hitlist-1.30.45 and twine pushed it to PyPI.

Net state before this commit:
- PyPI: v1.30.45 (= main's code + this version bump applied locally)
- main: v1.30.45 in commit message + commit history, v1.30.44 in version.py

This patch aligns version.py to match the merge commit's title and
PyPI. Next deploy from clean main would have hit "version 1.30.45
already exists" without this fix; with it, the next bump (any future
PR) cleanly goes to 1.30.46.

No code change beyond version.py.
