refactor(web): migrate ConnectionForm validation to Valibot schemas

Replaces imperative validation function with declarative Valibot schemas
co-located in *FieldsSchema.ts files alongside defaults.

Benefits:

  - Co-located defaults and validation for better maintainability
  - Declarative validation is easier to read and modify
