refactor(web): improve hostname alert wording and UX

Restructure the hostname alert to focus on the key consequence: the
hostname cannot be changed after registration. It uses now clearer, more
direct language.

The alert also explains optional actions and is hidden after a failed
registration attempt to avoid repeatedly showing the warning once the
user has already seen it.
