fix(ci): restore SSH remote for auto-merge push

The HTTPS checkout step sets a global git insteadOf rewrite
(url.https://github.com/.insteadOf = git@github.com:) to prevent
SSH hangs on non-master jobs. This rewrite was left in place for the
subsequent auto-merge step, so `git push origin production` tried to
authenticate via HTTPS and hung waiting for credentials (causing a
10-minute timeout).

Fix: in the auto-merge step, undo the global insteadOf rewrite and set
the remote URL to SSH so the runner's deploy key is used for the push.
