chore(frontend): upgrade react-router to v7 DEV-1191 (#6979)

### 💭 Notes

Changes here:
- Upgraded `react-router` to v7
- Stopped using `unstable_usePrompt`
- Handled missing `router.subscribe` unsubscribe
- Replaced deprecated `getCurrentRouter`, `outerIsActive` and
`routerGetAssetId` with other existing utility functions
- Updated few comments
