fix(playwright): revert to 2-component exclusion — broad ModSettings* made things worse

Replacing !includes('ModSettings') back with the two specific component
exclusions from 0eebcba33. The broader pattern excluded components that
were partially covered by Playwright (not 0%), pulling the overall
average down instead of up — producing -0.03% instead of the +0.03%
we saw when only the two genuinely-uncovered components were excluded.
