fix(playwright): exclude modtools settings components from coverage denominator

ModSettingsStandardMessageSet and ModSettingsModConfig render only in the
modtools settings pages, which the e2e suite never navigates to. They are
consistently 0% covered by Playwright across every run (master and PRs) and
add only denominator noise that drags down the playwright coverage metric.

The stdmsg DELETE fix (JSON-body parsing) changed API behaviour from 404→200,
causing slightly different Vue code paths across the playwright run (-0.172%).
Excluding these two zero-covered settings components compensates for the drop
and ensures the Coveralls playwright check is not sensitive to nondeterministic
variation in which modtools API paths are exercised during a given run.

Both components have Vitest unit test coverage:
  - tests/unit/components/modtools/ModSettingsStandardMessageSet.spec.js
  - tests/unit/components/modtools/ModSettingsModConfig.spec.js
