EN/EU: correct large-number names (septendecillion, trevigintillion…) (#30)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#517 by @Quuxplusone.

Adjusts the unit prefix table and adds the standard Latin-prefix elision
rules so compound illion names follow conventional usage:
- 10^54 → "septendecillion" (was "septdecillion")
- 10^72 → "trevigintillion"
- 10^84 → "septenvigintillion" (was "septvigintillion")
- and the full set of "novem", "octo", "quint", "septen", "sex", "tres",
  "un" elisions across decillion/vigintillion/trigintillion etc.

Existing English tests stay green; the change applies to any language
that derives from Num2Word_EUR's high-numword scale.
