Dutch: add space after "duizend" before next word (#29)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#642 by @cmartinez32.

Changes the spacing threshold in lang_NL's merge() from 10**6 to 10**3
so that "duizend" (1000) and its compounds receive a separating space
before the following word — e.g. "duizend dertien" instead of
"duizenddertien".

Existing test expectations updated to match the new (correct) form
across cardinal, ordinal, decimal, negative, year, and large-number
tests (12 test methods, all green).
