test(stdmsg, membership): cover uncovered branches to fix Coveralls CI

Add three tests covering the branches identified as uncovered by the
Coveralls diff report (diff_lines_covered 19/27):

- TestDeleteStdMsgInvalidBody: exercises the BodyParser error path in
  DeleteStdMsg when Content-Type is application/json but the body is
  malformed (→ 400, ret: 3)
- TestPatchMembershipsConfigidZeroInSettings: exercises the float64 ≤ 0
  else-branch in PatchMemberships when settings JSON contains configid: 0
  (should NULL out the dedicated column)
- TestPatchMembershipsConfigidNullInSettings: exercises the nil case in the
  switch when settings JSON contains configid: null (should NULL out the
  dedicated column)
