fix #390 round-trip extras and add restore() safety controls (#394)

- Round-trip solver extras (h2, k2, l2, psi, ...) through export()/restore()
  by setting _SolverDirty.EXTRAS in Core._fromdict.
- Add DiffractometerBase.is_simulator property (computed once at __init__).
- Add restore_samples / restore_extras / restore_presets kwargs to restore().
- On hardware-backed diffractometers, restore() defaults to skip sections
  that would silently change inputs to the next forward(); emits a single
  UserWarning listing skipped sections. Explicit kwargs always honored.
- Validate extra_axes early in Configuration._valid (ConfigurationError);
  Core._validate_extras now raises ConfigurationError instead of KeyError.
- Re-export legacy YAMLs (e4cv_orient, e4cv-silicon-example, fourc-i183,
  configuration_i240) to current schema with verified live-state preservation.
- Document the safety policy and runnable hardware example in
  configuration_save_restore.ipynb.
