fix(aiimage): use white background prompt + higher resolution for better duotone output

Flux Schnell with 'plain dark green background' generates near-dark pixels;
duotone maps dark→dark and white→white with no mid-tone gradient. Switching to
'plain white background' / greyscale pencil style gives Flux a luminance range
that duotone can gradient through. Also adds width:1024, height:768 for higher
resolution output matching PHP/Pollinations dimensions.

fix(monitor): add deploy state to Discourse draft bodies and dashboard

- queue_deployed_reply_drafts now includes PR URL in draft body: "Fix applied
  for X (https://github.com/.../pull/N). Please retest."
- post_discourse_reply_draft tool description updated to require PR URL in body
- /api/bugs query joins pr.deploy_state; BugRow type updated
- Recently Fixed dashboard table adds Deploy column (Live / Deploying / Pending)
