Fix MinimalThreadFeed active turn drift (#1737)

* Fix minimal thread active turn metadata drift.

Preserve server-derived active turn counts through completion and align active header/roster metadata so the feed does not jump or lose context during turn transitions.

Avoid applying an active summary from a newer turn to older completed turns in the same session by requiring a matching turn index.
