fix(tests): set mockFilter after mount to account for onMounted override

onMounted always sets filter.value to 'Comments'. Tests that set
mockFilter.value before mounting were overridden, causing sortedItems
(which now pre-filters via filterMatch) to return [] when test data
had no comments. Fix: set mockFilter.value after mountComponent() so
the computed re-evaluates with the intended filter. Also flush pending
watchers in the loadMore test to avoid stale show.value from other
components' watchers.
