feat(autocomplete): add custom Autocomplete and styles DEV-1428 (#6957)

### 📣 Summary

Add theming to a new Autocomplete component

### 💭 Notes
Adds a custom Autocomplete with our theme applied to it as `InputBase`
styles unfortunately don't apply. Note: there is probably a lot of
changes to the custom component props that would make it similar to the
wrapper component to `Select`, as well as changes made to it to take
over the old `languagesSelector`. These are left out as this PR focuses
only on the theming

### 👀 Preview steps
1. ℹ️ have a storybook setup working
2. navigate to design system > Autocomplete
5. 🟢 [on PR] notice that the autocomplete looks like the mockups
