* Make workflow task recovery workflow-aware

Route workflow-backed reopen and resume actions through runtime recovery so task, run, and node execution state move active together.

Reuse the listed Space during executor rehydration so a later per-run space lookup failure does not prevent sibling runs from being registered and processed.
