fix(compose): don't overwrite user's group selection after async typeahead

onMounted captured savedGroup before an async typeahead call. If the user
changed the group dropdown during that call, the restore unconditionally
overwrote their choice with the old value, causing the repost-group-change
test to see group "69615" instead of the selected "55".

Only restore if the user hasn't made a new selection during the fetch.
