* fix: usage.input_tokens crash on bridge providers + upgrade copilot-sdk to 0.3.0

Three fixes for bridge provider stability:

1. Web null-safety: guard `message.usage` access in SDKResultMessage and
   space-task-thread-events so undefined usage from Copilot/Codex doesn't
   crash WebKit.

2. Codex bridge: emit complete usage shape (all four fields) in
   message_delta SSE events, matching what the Claude Agent SDK expects.

3. Upgrade @github/copilot-sdk 0.2.2 → 0.3.0, adapting to the renamed
   permission approval kind ("approved" → "approve-once").
