* test(web): add nodeExecutions signal to TaskArtifactsPanel mocks

SpaceTaskPane now reads spaceStore.nodeExecutions.value to compute
composer targets. Three test mocks in TaskArtifactsPanel.test.tsx
were missing this signal, causing render to throw with
"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'value')".
