fix(test): fix two deterministic Playwright CI failures

1. useCompose.js: postcodeSelect no longer overrides an explicitly-set
   group (e.g. during repost) when the group isn't in groupsnear. The
   override now only applies when no group has been pre-selected
   (!groupid). This fixes test-repost-group-change which expected the
   reposted message's original group (55) but got the first nearby group
   (69615) instead.

2. test-modtools-edits-flow: replace clearCookies() with clearSessionData()
   before loginViaModTools. clearCookies() left the previous user's JWT
   in localStorage, so ModTools saw the user as already logged in and
   never showed the login modal — causing a 202500ms timeout waiting for
   the email field.
