refactor(space): remove all report_result references (#1648)

Task #128. The `report_result` end-node tool was already removed from
the active tool surface; this scrubs remaining stale code, types,
comments, and tests. Task is now the single source of truth for
completion (`task.reportedStatus` + `save_artifact` with append=true).

Changes:
- Delete agent-liveness.ts (dead helper) + tests
- Delete SpaceTaskReportResultRepository + tests
- Add migration M107 to drop legacy space_task_report_results table
- Remove SpaceTaskReportResult interface from shared/types
- Drop AGENT_REPORT_RESULT_TIMEOUT_MS constant
- Scrub stale comments/docstrings across runtime, managers, tools,
  notification-sinks, web serialization, daemon-hub events
- Remove report_result registry entry from db-query scope-config
- Update tests that referenced removed code/comments

Migration history blocks (M88, M99, M104) intentionally left unchanged
for replay correctness; M107 is the new authoritative drop.
