feat(ci): flag SSR error pages clearly in CI output

Add [CRITICAL-SSR-ERROR] console.error marker whenever a Nuxt
"Something went wrong" page is detected, via two paths:

1. fixtures.js page.on('load') listener fires on every navigation,
   catching cases where direct page.goto() bypasses gotoAndVerify.
2. gotoAndVerify also logs the marker before throwing, so the URL
   and attempt number are captured.

The CI "Evaluate overall test results" orb step now always scans
playwright.out for this marker and prints a loud warning block even
when all tests pass — making intermittent SSR failures impossible
to miss. Orb 1.1.219.
