fix(test): add timeout race to clearSessionData to prevent renderer hang

When the browser renderer becomes unresponsive under CI load (after a
complex prior test), page.evaluate() hangs indefinitely — Node cannot
cancel a pending Promise, so the test timeout never fires. Treat
storage clearing as best-effort with a 5s cap; cookies (cleared next)
are what matter for auth state.
